The services offered by Custom Facility Management can be structured to compliment existing arrangements that may already be in place with a Strata Company Manager, Caretaker or other service providers.

Facility and Building Management services we provide include:

  • Record Keeping and agreed levels of reporting in relation to delivery of maintenance schedules and building operations
  • Site attendance reports
  • Compilation of operational budgets, review of expenditure and cost/value analysis
  • Procurement of Professional Services on behalf of the strata company
  • Management of Employees and personnel engaged directly by the strata company
  • Coordination of the maintenance and repair of all common property, services, plant and equipment
  • Establishment and tracking of scheduled maintenance routines
  • Establishment and review of service agreements
  • Coordination and oversight of ad hoc common property building services, plant and equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Provide for tender specifications, scopes of work, tender analysis and recommendations
